I am just now noticing the synchronicities between the perspective post on march 5th and the recent disasters in japan:
i had also written in the comments to that post:
"seeing red...uranus in aries? (Uranus entered the sign of Aries on march 12th, the last time it was in Aries, other than a brief period last spring/summer, was 84 years ago 1927-1935.)
yesterday was a humorous sync day, with a focus on "douche"
so naturally, i looked up the word in the etymological dictionary:
douche (n.) 1766, "jet of water," from Fr. douche (16c.), from It. doccia "shower," from docciare "to spray," from L. ductionem "A LEADING," from ducere "TO LEAD" (SEE DUKE). Meaning "vaginal cleansing" is from 1833. The verb is first attested 1838. Related: Douched; douching.
*and included a link to this picture of video game action hero duke nukem, but now noticing that the original link doesn't work, anyhow here is the image:

As I was doing a search for "red son", the search engine intuited that I really wanted to find "red sonja"
Red Sonja, I learned, is the saucy, untamed, warrior goddess first introduced in the Conan the Barbarian comics.
RED is the color associated with the root chakra, our center of instinct, survival and connection to the earth/mother.
SONJA means wisdom.
Red Sonja = the wisdom of our instinctual nature
This also seems to tie in with the moon symbolism that Alan posted about on his blog in 3/11 Bringing the Ring of Fire full circle, as the moon is astrologically associated with instinct and security.
Red Sonja is the "She-Devil with a Sword". In the Tarot, the swords are associated with the element of AIR. Uranus is ruler of the AIR sign Aquarius (the water bearer) and is symbolic of change, uprooting old structures, technology, and the powers of perception. As mentioned above, Uranus has just entered the sign of Aries, where it will be until 2018. Aries, ruled by Mars (the RED planet), is the aggressive, fiery, instinctive warrior sign, ready to spring to action.
Alan:
This is amazing. First off, "SuperRed ManSon" ...Charlie?
Now, Crystal mentioned Uranus. I don't know if she realizes it, but that girl standing in front of the Tsunami poster is the incarnate god Uranus:
Who's attack is called "World Shaking" And what are the odds that she would mention Red Sonja??? My wife and I watched that movie just two weeks ago at most. When we were looking at all the "Scarlet Woman" stuff, I thought I might find something in there. What I found was a terrible movie, but it had all the same themes (with minor variations).
The Scarlet Woman entrains with the Green Heart chakra again as the Heart Machine (see Metropolis)
From Wiki:
"The story then jumps to a large temple full of white-robed priestesses. They are getting ready to destroy a large, glowing green orb called the Talisman, used by the Creator to forge the world. This dangerous artifact's destructive power increases from exposure to light and the priestesses intend to destroy it before it gets out of control. However, Gedren – now wearing a gold mask to cover her scar – and her aide-de-camp Ikol (Ronald Lacey) attack with their army. The warrior-priestesses resist, but are ultimately subdued by Gedren's forces."
She literally rides the beast, but this time the Scarlet Woman is not the Robot in Disguise, the beast is!
"Gedren and her Wizard also unleash an "Icthyan Killing Machine" in the cavern. When Sonja and her group try to cross the pond, the monster attacks them. Sonja struggles with the monster, but is unable to find any way to kill it. Kalidor again dramatically appears, leaps into the water and wrestles with the beast while Sonja digs out the eyes. They flee with Tarn and Falkon, leaving the metal monstrosity to thrash blindly about the pond."
And we have the Ring of Fire or the All Powerful Machine (See Lord of the Rings) being tossed into the volcano, and Arnold even gets to reprise his Hercules role with his pillars:
"Back in Gedren's Chamber of Lights, the Talisman's power breaks the floor open, revealing a hellish chasm of molten lava beneath the castle. Sonja unleashes a brutal barrage of sword swings, which Gedren is barely able to ward off. She finally disarms Gedren, literally shattering her sword into pieces, and runs her through with her own blade, sending the evil ruler plunging to her doom, then casts the Talisman in after her. Immediately, the Talisman's destruction causes a chain reaction that begins to tear Castle Berkubane apart. The heroes barely manage to escape; Kalidor must hold a couple of pillars on his shoulders while the others pass underneath. Finally, Castle Berkubane is consumed by the rising volcano beneath it. "

The Red Son made this. . . .

Michael - I wanted to throw this image into the mix - from the new Godzilla 2012 motion picture by Legendary Pictures. Godzilla ("gorilla-whale") is the personification of technological humanity's fear of revenge for our collective disregard for all life (even our own): war, pollution, nuclear radiation, species die-off, etc. He is a monster from the subconscious, made flesh.
Watching the destruction of Japan is almost like watching a Godzilla film, even the cars and trucks look like tiny models when seen from the air. It's almost as if an invisible monster was stomping around, going from one nuclear power plant to another. Reminds me of another Monster from the Id:

[!] crystal: The multiple mentions of 2 the two pillars and also all this talk of "H" over at the sync whole has brought about some syncs. This evening, when I opened the book I'm reading, "The Chicken Qabalah" I turned it directly to the page describing the Hebrew letter Heh. (spelled like HH, and with the numerical value of 10 and meaning 'window, to breathe, to exist, to become, and to desire'). Here is the description: "A window is a transparent door, an eye through which we look out into the world... A window also allows light and air to penetrate the house. Heh also means the identification of a star, as for navigation or astrology. It's shape introduces the concept of openings...This is suggestive of all things receptive, female, or negatively charged...and represents the zodiacal sign of ARIES. (There are 3 planets currently in the sign of Aries, soon to be 5 with the addition of the Sun later this month and Mars in early April. That's a lot of fire power.) After reading this, as I'm away from home for a couple days, I checked into a hotel room, my room is on the 10TH floor. I also focused in on the word RECEPT10N on the front desk. This also brings me back to the image of a power button that I was staring at and contemplating yesterday, which looks like a 1 within a 0. Conception. |
When the role is called up yonder
I hope you see me there
It's in the water
It's where you came from
It's in the water
It's where you came from
And the crowd begins to wonder
And they cry to see your face
It's in the water...
It's in the story
It's where you came from
The sons and daughters
In all their glory
It's gonna shape them
And when they clash
And come together
And start rising
Just drink the water
Where you came from...
Where you came from
You're the rose
That was called from yonder
Never sold yourself away
It's in the water...
It's in the story
It's where you came from
The sons and daughters
In all their glory
It's gonna shape them
And when they clash
And come together
And start rising
Just drink the water
Where you came from...
Where you came from
And when they clash
And come together
And start rising
Just drink the water
Where you came from...
Madness indeed:
"US President Barack Obama signs a students presentation of Duke Ellington March 14, 2011, as he visits Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, Virginia. Obama on Monday issued a new pledge of support for Japan, saying he was “heartbroken” at the toll of “multiple disasters” after an earthquake and tsunami. Obama reiterated American support for the key US Pacific ally at the start of a speech on education at the school in the Washington suburbs."
"Obama wrote, "It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!"', a reference to a Duke Ellington composition"

Prospero is the rightful Duke of Milan, who (with his infant daughter, Miranda) was put to sea on "a rotten carcass of a butt [boat]" to die by his usurping brother, Antonio, twelve years before the play begins. Prospero and Miranda survived, and found exile on a small island. He has learned sorcery (referred to as his "Art" in the play), and uses it while on the island to protect Miranda and control the other characters. On the island, he becomes master of the monster Caliban (the son of Sycorax, a malevolent witch), and Ariel, an elemental who has become enslaved by Prospero after he is freed from his prison inside a tree.
